Mark Goobie
Mark Goobie, a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), is co-founder of Braymark and an integral component of the Westridge HR founding and success. Mark’s unique background in Operations, Human Resources, and Safety, spans such industries as Hospitality, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Energy, Wholesale, IT, and Logistics. Working with some of the regions iconic brands, Westridge’s team is positioned to fully understand how employee experience and safety intersect to improve operations and ultimately profitable business. When not reading through stacks of health and safety green books, Mark enjoys spending time in the rural Niagara countryside with his wife and 3 boys, coaches a Lincoln Soccer Club travel team and contributes to local charitable works.
Bradley Moyer
Bradley Moyer
As Co-owner and Managing Partner of Braymark/Westridge Group, Brad oversees the Business and Administrative functions of the companies. He also directs the Guest Experience Audit division of Braymark, providing valuable Guest feedback to clients in the Hospitality sector.
Brads first business endeavour was a graphic design company at the age of 16, and his early start set the pace for a career of innovation. Brad has since created and sold enterprise level businesses in the automotive and software industry, all while maintaining his community focus and being a family man.
Away from the office Brad loves to spend time with his adult daughter and son. He is also a Referee for Volleyball Canada, coaches volleyball, is a member of the National Championships Committee for the National Sport Federation and sits on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of North and West Niagara.
Blake Secord
Blake Secord
Blake is a Senior Human Resources Advisor with a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) designation.
His education includes a diploma in Human Resource Management from Niagara College, Welland, Ontario Canada and a degree in Business Management specializing in Human Resources from Niagara University, Niagara Falls New York, USA.
Since 2005, Blake has channeled his experience and skill set into a wide range of Operational and Human Resources roles with an impressive list of employers including Walmart Inc., Kraft Foods Canada and Sobeys Inc.
Blake’s knowledge and unique attention to detail translates to in-depth experience and visibility to assist employers in the hospitality, retail, agriculture, manufacturing, service and logistics sectors. Blake specializes in health and safety management, training, workplace investigations, and performance management. As a Senior Human Resource Advisor for Westridge HR & Safety, Blake provides guidance and advice on Human Resources and Health and Safety matters for employers across the Niagara Region.
Blake lives in St. Catharines with his wife Katelyn.
Angela Goobie
Angela Goobie
Angela is the Westridge go-to lead for Recruitment. Throughout her career, she has developed a keen eye for identifying transferable skills in people and calling out hidden talents.
Angela spent seventeen years as part of the Senior Leadership Team at Lakemount Worship Center where she developed volunteers and impacted the culture of the organization. Angela has been involved with the Westridge/Braymark Group of Companies for the past thirteen years and most recently stepped full time into the role of Recruitment Advisor where she helps companies develop best practices to address their recruitment needs.
In her spare time, Angela loves to cook, garden and travel with her husband and three sons. She is involved in her community through local sports teams. She spearheaded the annual Clean Sweep Project for families in the Niagara Area for 7 consecutive years and currently serves as a Board Member for Identity and Destiny Ministries.
Sandra Randall
Sandra Randall
With more than 25 years of experience working in CPG/Alcohol Beverage, Hospitality/Retail/Restaurant, Manufacturing and Government Services industries, Sandra has provided strategic Human Resources leadership to business units across Canada. Her educational foundation includes an MBA, a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and a BSc.
Recognizing the emerging impact of Mental Health in the workplace, Sandra is also a certified Mental Health First Aid provider who recognizes the importance of maintaining the dignity and respect of others at all times.
Along with delivering trusted HR advice and counsel, Sandra is highly experienced in the development, execution, and maintenance of HR policies and programs and has a strong and insightful ability to navigate through complex HR issues.
Sandra is committed to the success of her Westridge clients and invites prospective clients to contact her to discuss their immediate and longer term Human Resources needs and goals.

Kyle Campbell, as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), is President of Westridge Benefits Inc. . Kyle brings a diverse business vision to the employee benefits industry, with his MBA degree, combined with past experience working along side top insurance firms in Canada, he specializes in creating customized, sustainable solutions to all our clients. Kyle is passionate about his community and personal development. Sitting on numerous boards, such as the St. Catharines Club, Eva Rothwell Centre and attending/adding employee benefit designations to his name. Kyle is a true believer in order to be the best in your field, you must focus directly on your passion.
Outside of the office, you can find Kyle attending sporting events, travelling with his family or volunteering in local communities. Admittedly he is a Toronto Maple Leaf and Buffalo Bill Fan, leaving more time to networking during the playoff season!
