Manager, Human Resources
Our client, located in Halton Region, is seeking a full time dynamic Human Resources leader to grow with their entrepreneurial, service driven company.
You will report directly to the President and COO as key member of the executive team who believes strongly in their mission, vision, and values.
This is very much a hands on leadership role with no department yet in place. It is an excellent opportunity to build the HR function and identity. You will have responsibilities relating to all aspects of human resources including but not limited to: Organizational Development; Organizational Effectiveness and Analysis (KPI’s providing fiscal justification for talent and culture activities); senior level advice (relating to employment/legal compliance, employee relations, motivation, discipline, terminations, health & safety etc.); recruitment (including branding strategies); training; compensation programs; performance management; social responsibility leadership; and monthly management reporting to support business decisions.
Your progressive background includes the following:
- CHRP, CHRL designation preferred
- Bachelor’s degree with a post graduate certificate in HR
- Minimum of 5 years human resources experience
- Experience in a Sales and or Marketing/Agency industry preferred
You are able to travel within Canada and the US and available to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, as meetings can be scheduled at those times.
Salary is commensurate with experience with bonus opportunity and benefits.
