Our client, located in Halton Region, is seeking a full time dynamic Bilingual HR Generalist to grow with their entrepreneurial, service driven company.


You will report directly to the Director, Talent & Culture as a key member of the Human Resources team supporting the Company’s mission, vision, and values.


Your primary focus will be hands on HR tasks with a heavy focus on recruitment, HR administration, and employee relations. Other responsibilities will include performance management, compensation, training, and health & safety programs. This is a great opportunity for an intermediate level HR professional to mutually learn and grow the HR function in a fast-paced Company.

Your progressive background includes the following:

  • Working towards CHRP
  • Bachelor’s degree with a post graduate certificate in HR
  • Minimum of 3 years human resources experience
  • Experience in a Sales and or Marketing/Agency industry preferred
  • Fluency in both French and English


You are able to travel within Canada and the US and available to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, as meetings can be scheduled at those times.
